Resort & Teaching Hotel
A planned 100-room hotel that supports visitors, events, sports travel, and real-world hospitality training. The hotel is planned as both a lodging anchor and a hands-on hospitality environment, supporting visitors, families, events, conferences, and sports tourism while giving students exposure to real hotel operations.

Conference & Event Center
A professional gathering place for conferences, banquets, weddings, business meetings, school events, fundraisers, and civic gatherings. The center also creates a real-world event training environment for Academy students.

Sports Tourism Center
A year-round tournament and recreation facility designed to bring families and teams to Okoboji while supporting student learning in event operations, guest service, admissions, tournament logistics, and facility operations.

Family Entertainment Center
A polished, glacier-themed indoor attraction that gives families a year-round reason to visit while creating a live learning environment for guest service, safety, entertainment operations, retail, and group experiences.

Restaurant & Culinary
A food and beverage platform supporting hotel guests, events, sports families, and culinary/service learning. The restaurant concept is designed to be upscale casual, family-friendly, and Okoboji-inspired.

Retail / Iglooville / Guest Experience
A visitor-facing retail and guest-service corridor for merchandising, tourism storytelling, local products, and student retail experience. This zone brings the Okoboji story to life for every visitor.
